Title: Asparagus Fish Salad

2cAsparagus tips
1cShredded tuna fish or
  Salmon
1/4tsPaprika
1/2cFinely diced celery
1/4tsSalt
1/2cFrench dressing

Combine fish, celery, salt, and French dressing. Let stand 30 minutes. Arrange asparagus tips on crisp lettuce. Pile the fish and celery combination lightly on the asparagus. Serve with mayonnaise. Garnish with paprika. 6 servings.
